Privacy Policy

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as amended), Métiers à Tisser Le Bris is committed to protecting the privacy of this site's visitors and customers.

Data collected

We only collect the personal data necessary to process quote requests, orders and class bookings: first and last name, postal address, email, phone number. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is kept solely for that purpose, until you unsubscribe.

Retention period

This data is kept for the duration needed to fulfil the order or class, and to comply with our legal obligations (invoicing: up to 10 years).

Data recipients

No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with the carrier responsible for delivery, or with the payment provider (SumUp, PayPal, Alma) solely to process the transaction.

Cookies and third-party services

This site uses Google Fonts to display typefaces, which may result in a technical connection to Google's servers when the page loads. No advertising tracking cookies are set by this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at metiersatisserlebris@sfr.fr or by post at the workshop address. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
